Exploring the Meaning of Boaz at Lodge Tawhiri No. 166

At our most recent meeting, the Brethren of Lodge Tawhiri No. 166 gathered once again in Hamilton, Waikato, for an evening of fellowship, learning, and reflection.

Our Master, WBro J Stewart, delivered a thoughtful presentation exploring the historical and allegorical significance of Boaz. Drawing upon both traditional understanding and symbolic interpretation, the presentation encouraged members to reflect more deeply on one of the most recognisable and meaningful references within the Craft.

Freemasonry has long placed importance on education and personal growth, and evenings such as these continue to demonstrate the value of thoughtful discussion within the Lodge room. The presentation prompted engaging conversation among the Brethren and served as a reminder that there is always more to discover within our ritual, symbolism, and traditions.

At Lodge Tawhiri No. 166, we are proud to foster an environment where learning and brotherhood go hand in hand. Through presentations, discussion, and shared experience, we continue to strengthen both our understanding of Freemasonry and the bonds between our members.
